I consider the Buffalo Bills head coaching job, and any gainful employment position on the team from the lowliest street sweeper to a player on the team to be one of the worst in professional football. I'm sorry but there is just nothing good that can be said about a team that hasn't made the playoffs since 1999 and the "Music City Miracle." A team that once defied the odds in reaching not just one or two Super Bowl's, but actually four straight-a feat that likely will never be dupicated in any major sport, now finds themselves as one of the worst in the league and for good reason.
