From one position to the next, Detroit seems to be a little too focused on the wrong ones. First it was drafting seven receivers in the last six drafts, and now it's looking like they're focusing on tight ends. I'm not really sure I understand the logic sometimes, but let's look at this latest trade. I'll try and give both sides of the argument here, because the trade isn't all that bad. The positive here is that if Tony Scheffler (the player traded to the Lions) works out and lives up to potential, then he will add another dimension to the passing game. It will also help take pressure off of Brandon Pettigrew, who's still trying to get comfortable with the Lions offense.
