Jets' Kris Jenkins Lost For Season

Jenkins will miss the rest of the 2009 season with a torn ACL, as feared, and could face a struggle to return in 2010. He's over 30 and with the injuries piling up over the years, there's no guarantee that he'll be back.

In the short-term, this kills the Jets' run-stopping prowess, and could hurt their defense overall in the long run.

Miles Austin New Starter For Dallas, Crayton Drops to No. 3 Spot

As we were saying in the beginning of the season, it was only a matter of time. Crayton is better suited for the slot, anyway. Austin displayed the fact against Kansas City that he has way too much potential and big-play ability to be sitting on the bench. This should help Tony Romo and the passing game going forward.
