The NBA released the third round of All-Star votes today with one major surprise. Tracy McGrady trails onlyáKobe Bryant among guards in the West. The same Tracy McGrady, who has been granted a leave of absence from the Houston Rockets and is currently demanding to be traded. We all know that the All-Star Game doesnÆt mean anything and is a glorified exhibition gameûunless you live in a Bud Selig-governed Worldûbut it shouldnÆt be a complete joke. ThatÆs what Tracy McGrady supporters are doing this year and others have done in the past. The game may be for the fans, but in this league, and in others, they shouldnÆt be the sole voice of reason.
