  The Toronto Raptors 2009-2010 season will rest on Jay Triano, not the ten new players acquired by Bryan Colangelo during this offseason. Colangelo may receive the accolades for dramatically reshaping the look of this young team, but even Colangelo himself knows for his team to be competitive, his new full time coach would have to gel the parts together in quick succession. New arrivals such as Jarret Jack, Amir Johnson, Reggie Evans, Marco Belinelli, Demar DeRozan, Antoine Wright, and newly hired assistant coach Alvin Williams come into the fold of a Raptors squad badly in need of new hope and a fresh direction.
