The Yankees have signed 28-year-old right handed pitcher Dustin Moseley to a minor league deal, and invited him to spring training as a non-roster invitee. The Yankees have also announced that they have invited four of their other minor leaguers to camp. The other minor leaguers are infielders Brandon Laird and Jorge Vazquez, as well as right handed pitchers DJ Mitchell and Ryan Popeá That brings the amount of players in camp to 65 (the full squad wonÆt report until Feb. 24). á Here is the press release from the Yankees: INF Brandon Laird, 22, hit .266 (120-for-451) with 20 doubles, 13 home runs and 75 RBI in a career-high 124 games with Single-A Tampa in 2009, tying for third among all Yankees minor leaguers and leading the Florida State League in RBI.
