It’s been reported today by TEAM 1040 in Vancouver, that Vancouver Canucks Pavol Demitra, who had his shoulder scoped earlier this week, will be out indefinitely. Does this now bring up a need for GM Mike Gillis to look at the trade route, for that top six forward? The better question might be, from which team, and who might that be? With the possible four million dollar cap space that Demitra takes up, it opens up the door for a positive addition that could help this team right away,what with the injury to Daniel Sedin, who is still about a month away from returning. You can speculate all you want by looking at the teams up against the cap space, but would you want Philadelphia’s Daniel Briere’s $6.5M hit or Washington’s Michael Nylander’s $4.8M? Nylande ...
