It was the most anticipated game in a while. To some, it was supposed to be a bloodbath. Retribution for the grade two concussion Marc Savard received from Matt Cooke's shoulder during their March 7 meeting, ending Savard's season while Cooke walked away without any sort of suspension or fine. Coach Julien and the Bruin players said they're out for a win and two points, not so much for revenge with Cooke. After all was said and done, the Boston Bruins left the ice looking pathetic—as they should have. Boston had four power-plays to get things moving along for them, but only managed a total of 17 shots on Marc-Andre Fleury, all of which he stopped, with a little help from the red steel, to record his first shutout of the season.
