It's time, once again, to consider how the powers that be align in the Western Conference. Since I last ranked the Western Conference, a number of things have changed in the Conference that have impacted my rankings. We've officially learned who will be playing in Vancouver for their respective countries, and injuries have continued to hit the Detroit Red Wings (and others, but mostly Detroit). So let's take a look at the Western Conference on the first day of 2010 and see how the powers align.
