Some good news for Oiler fans came down today as some key missing ingredients are ready, or almost ready to make their return to the Oilers active roster. Mike Comrie, who had his turn with the flu, skated with the team as they got ready for their contest versus the Colorado Avalanche, and it looks like he'll play along side Shawn Horcoff and Patrick O'Sullivan. With a healthy Mike Comrie, the Oilers will look to O'Sullivan and Comrie to re-kindle that spark they had putting some much needed points on the board for the Oilers after losing 5-2 to Calgary and 2-0 to Vancouver.á Both games the Oilers struggled on the offensive side.
