WeÆre starting to see which rookies are going be shining the most this year, which ones are going to be staying in the NHL for awhile, and which ones are looking to be going back the junior leagues soon. The Calder Trophy race this year will be very interesting and competitive. Many expect the IslandersÆ John Tavares to just walk away with it at seasonÆs end just because he was the first pick in the draft. DonÆt get me wrongùTavares is off to a great start (seven points in his first seven games).
