According to Tim Panaccio , Jeff Carter was cleared to practice with the Flyers on Thursday after missing eight games with a non-displaced fracture in his left foot. Whether Carter will be able to play against the New York Rangers this weekend to close out the regular season is still a major question mark as it all depends on how he feels after skating. "There is probably a slight chance." said Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren on the possibility of Carter returning for the final two games of the season.
