Maybe you've experienced it at a company you've worked for, a team you were on, hell, maybe even a relationship you were in. You see changes going on around you that you have no control over and make little sense. Eventually, you see enough change to bring you to the realization that you, may in fact no longer be a part of what's going on around you. You've got to think Dallas Stars' goaltender Marty Turco is feeling this way.
