The Boston Bruins have hit the quarter point of the season. They are sitting with a decent record of 8-8-4, but everyone knows if they keep this up they will not have a shot come playoff time. One of the most talked about stories of the offseason was what were the Bruins going to do about Phil Kessel. The young winger had just led the Bruins in goals scored with 36 and was their best offensive threat. He was about to become a free agent, though, and something had to be done about him.
