So two-time Pro Bowler Josh Cribbs is "insulted" because the Cleveland Browns only offered him a new deal which would pay him $1.4 million per year. Is this a salary increase for Cribbs ? Indeed. Are the Browns offering enough for their best player, and the best returner in the NFL's history? Not a chance. Will the Browns make another contract offer? Hopefully.
