At this point in the season, NFL fans have certainly started to question who will be the NFL MVP. The three names heard most often are the usual suspects: Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, and Drew Brees. At this point, Manning or Favre winning MVP is redundant.á Moreover, I cannot ignore the presence of Adrian Peterson in the same Minnesota backfield as Favre, while Dallas Clark and Reggie Wayne have long been underrated in Indianapolis. The question of who deserves to be MVP is all about which player is doing the most with the least help. The Saints don't have one player that stands out around Brees, but they do have a large quantity of legitimate starters instead of quality starters around Brees.
