ôThe Cleveland Browns beat the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.ö á Amazingly, that arrangement of words above has not been a true statement since Oct. 5, 2003.á That day, or I should say that nightùit was a Sunday night game on ESPNùa young Tim Couch had his best game as a pro, shredding the SteelersÆ secondary as the Browns won big, 33-13. á They have not beaten Pittsburgh since. á In fact, the first line of this articleùwhich looks more and more like a misprint along the lines of ôDewey defeats Trumanö or ôPittsburgh Pirates clinch NL Centralöùhas been true only twice in the 21st Century, and just three times since the Browns wereáreincarnated in 1999.áá á Pittsburgh versus Cleveland may have once been a rivalry, but the Browns havenÆt swept the season series ...
