If Lovie Smith and Jerry Angelo aren't careful, Jay Cutler could be demanding a trade by the end of this season. Sure, the Bears have just paid their new quarterback handsomely with a generous contract extension, and unlike Pat Bowlen and Josh McDaniels, Smith and Angelo haven't said so much as a word about trading him for someone else. But the truth is that if Cutler continues to get bulldozed by opposing defenders at the rate he has been this season, he might just ask the Bears to show him to the door so he doesn't have to spend his glory years eating and breathing through tubes in Cook County Hospital's Intensive Care Unit.
