á According to Adam Schefter, of ESPN, former top-10 draft pick from Miami University, Antrel Rolle, will be released sometime this week. Rolle is due to earn a $4 million roster bonus soon, along with an $8 million base salary.
á The Cardinals are expected to try and re-sign Rolle to a new contract, but once he hits the open market he can sign with any of the other 31 teams.
á Rolle has expressed interest in returning home to Miami and play for the Dolphins. The Dolphins who don't have a true free safety, but Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland says converted strong safety Gibril Wilson is apart of the future for the team.
á Rolle was a cornerback for the University of Miami and was converted to a free safety by the Cardinals.
