Steve Slaton Done For 2009 Slaton missed Week 13 's action against the Jacksonville Jaguars after experiencing numbness in his arms due to a neck injury, and after seeing specialists about the issues, has been advised to shut it down for 2009. This puts his future as the starter in doubt, and gives both Ryan Moats and Chris Brown four games to prove they should stick around as the starters next season. We'll give Moats the edge, although we wouldn't be shocked to see the Texans start over at the position altogether in the 2010 draft.
