When talking about sports, my emphasis is always forward looking, I wouldn't be one of the Cubs fans blaming everything on Steve Bartman or Billy Sianis (the Billy Goat guy). I would focus on what the Tribune Co. and more importantly the lack thereof will do to my team. I hate revisionist history, "if we coulda gotten a couple more breaks" talk or riding on past glory, looking at ya Notre Dame fans, but I digress on my little spiel. Now to tackle the matter at hand, the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have had above average teams in 2008 and 2009. A 7-7 record might seem mediocre, but there's lots of extenuating circumstances to explain that .500 record, the loss of a starting quarterback and the fact that his replacement is a second year player with no experience.
