New Cleveland Browns' President Mike Holmgren is a master of assessing quarterback talent, and his arrival in Cleveland means that the Browns' seemingly never-ending carousel of quarterbacks will finally draw to a close. Only time will tell who will be the Browns' future at quarterback, but one thing that has been very apparent over the last several years is that the Browns need a solid veteran quarterback to backup whoever may be the starter.
