Last night at a charity function for Rocket Town in Nashville coach Jeff Fisher decided to have some fun and wear a Colts jersey.
Fisher, who came dressed in a suit made the comment that he wants to fell like a winner and stripped down to a Peyton Manning Colts jersey.
Yes, it was a joke because he was getting ready to introduce his friend, ex-Colts coach Tony Dungy.
Here is the problem with this: When your team is 0-6 and just lost 59-0 there is no time for jokes. Your focus needs to be on winning a damn game.
Living within radio distance of Nashville all that has been on the radio Wednesday has been about this incident.
Yes, coach Fisher knows better and yes he did apologize, but to the thousands of fans who were already wanting his head, he has lost them forever.
