  If there is one thing the NFL offseason does well, it is rumor—mongering. Yesterday, we told you about the rumor that had Philadelphia trading quarterback Donovan McNabb to the St. Louis Rams . In that rumor, the Eagles would have gotten a safety and the No. 33 overall pick in April's draft. Today, McNabb’s name has once again been mentioned, but this time the rumor mill has him involved in a possible trade between the Eagles and Raiders . The terms of this supposed offer are McNabb and cornerback Asante Samuel for fellow cornerback, Nnamdi Asomugha. Now, would that be a big trade (something which is a rarity nowadays in the NFL) or what? Our advice: Sit back and enjoy the rumors, because it is about all the football action we have now until the NFL Draft next month. And ...
