Let's be frank, weáembarrassed ourselves in Detroit (Yes, I'm a "we" fan). Now, players and coachesásurely look in the mirroráquestioning their confidence. The 'Skins season is now at stake and team can go in any direction; most likely, the wrong one.
The time has now come for leadership on the Washington Redskins and that has to come from the top.
Looking at you, Daniel Snyder.
The answer isánot the obvious one. Now is not the time to serve up Jim Zorn on a platter. Organizations facing adversity do not swap key parts in the middle of the fight. There is no tag team for head coaches.
