Buccaneers rookie quarterback Josh Freeman had a first-half passer rating of 2.8 Sunday versus the Jets . My college GPA was higher than that. After a bright debut as a starter against the Packers in Week Nine, there has really not been much indication that Freemanùor the entire Tampa Bay teamùis making any progress under rookie coach Raheem Morris. Freeman has thrown eight interceptions over the past two games, the Bucs leading rusher ran for 14 yards on Sunday and the team didn't get a first down until the third quarterùand that came on a penalty following a three-and-out.
