Daily Haze: Finding a Replacement for Owen Daniels

Yesterday morning is was speculated that Houston tight end Owen Daniels would miss the rest of the 2009 season with a knee injury. And yesterday afternoon, it was confirmed. Daniels tore his ACL on Sunday at Buffalo early in the first quarter. It could be a devastating loss for the upstart Texans, and will be one for Daniels' fantasy owners. Despite missing most of the game on Sunday, Daniels remains the top-scoring tight end in standard fantasy football leagues. Obviously, that will not last much longer now that he is out for the remainder of this season.
