The Browns offseason program has come to a conclusion, so it's time to review what we've learned. Despite not being in pads, the team looked a lot better through the various OTAs and minicamps this year than they did last year, according to just about every media outlet who covers the team. Looking good in practice is supposed to translate to on-the-field success, but that isn't always true. However, looking bad in practice almost always translates to looking bad on the field, so the Browns have that going for them so far.
