Everyone predicted that when free agency began on March 5, the lack of a salary cap would turn the NFL upside down. So far, it looks like that tornado has definitely touched down in South Philadelphia—because it has been a whirlwind four weeks for the Eagles. Five players have been cut. Reggie Brown was traded to Tampa. Chris Clemons was jettisoned to Seattle, and unrestricted free agents Jason Babin and Sean Jones have defected.
