ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. is one of the leading experts when it comes to the NFL Draft, but even he cannot always be right because there is no exact science to guessing what teams may or may not do when they are on the clock. The Cleveland Browns have some pressing needs on both sides of the ball, none greater than finding their future franchise quarterback.
