There are bad teams in the NBA. Some of them are the young, rebuilding teams that have plenty of young talent and/or cap space, or have just suffered from an uncommonly large amount of injuries. Teams like the Nets, the Kings, and the Clippers are examples of this. Then there are those teams that may not be bad, but don't look like they'll be winning a championship anytime soon, but they aren't really rebuilding either.
