Coming off of a league worst 17 wins in 2008-09, the Sacramento King's expectation level couldn't have been lower. The roster was revamped, Paul Westphal was introduced as the new head coach, and a handful of promising rookies were added. Sacramento would finish with a 25-57 mark in 2009-10, and the following is a player by player report card based on the past season. Tyreke Evans, PG, SG - When the Kings didn't win the #1 overall pick in last May's draft lottery, it was widely considered a catastrophe. Turns out, it was a blessing in disguise. Evans started from opening day and was remarkably consistent throughout. The prized phenom became only the 4th rookie in NBA history to average 20 ppg, five rpg, and five apg.
