The Detroit Pistons extended their losing streak to eight games last night in a hapless 87-104 defeat to the New York Knicks. That's right, the Knicks! It's been a frustrating experience for rookie head coach John Kuester, who has been forced to mix and match his rotation due to constant injury concerns. Currently the Pistons are nearly at 100 percent capacity with the return of shooting guard Richard Hamilton (ankle), small forward Tayshaun Prince (back), and backup shooting guard Ben Gordon (ankle). I say nearly 100 percent because backup point guard Will Bynum is still battling an ankle injury.
