The debate over National Player of the Year is a trending topic. As the NCAA season is coming to an end, the topic is really starting to pick up steam. The two ahead of everyone are John Wall, the freshman guard from Kentucky, and guard Evan Turner from the soaring Ohio State Buckeyes. As the NCAA season progressed, it was all about John Wall. The Kentucky guard no doubt deserves the attention because he has played more like a fifth-year senior rather than a freshman. During his stay with Kentucky, he has broken the all-time Kentucky assist record with 16 and is only one of three players who have done it this year.
