The highly anticipated Allen Iverson signing has finally happened.
Iverson had met with the Memphis Grizziles earlier and now has accepted their offer to play for the team, according to his Twitter account and subsequent published reports.
Did Memphis choose the "right" answer, though? Nobody knows for sure. Iverson is a ball-hog player who can score but will conflict with the chemistry of the team because of his demand of the ball and shoot-first attitude.
Iverson will certainly make the Grizz a stacked team, but will this plan work? Iverson only signed a one-year deal, meaning he will be a free agent in the epic class of 2010 free agents.
