Incidents like this happen almost everyday; two people, likely under the influence of alcohol or drugs, end up in a dispute. While most of these situations usually end up with some pushing and shoving, or even a punch or two being thrown, on occasion the violence can escalate in which someone is injured, or worse.   One such situation took place late Saturday evening in La Romana, a small town located on the east side of the Domincan Republic.   According to a Dominican Police spokesman, at approximately 11 PM, a 25 year old man identified as Mario Felix de Jesus Velete was found dead outside a nightclub with a gunshot wound to his neck. Eyewitness reports identified the suspect as Angel Villalona, a 19 year old Dominican native who has turned himself in to the local authorities. ...
