According to various sources, the Seattle Mariners have traded RHP pitcher Carlos Silva to the Chicago Cubs for OF Milton Bradley. This is essentially a swap of contracts as Silva has two years and $24 million remaining on his deal and Bradley has two years and $21 million remaining on his deal. This is a heist by Seattle GM Jack Zduriencik. I know Bradley could be insane. I know Bradley could be a lunatic. And I know he clearly has some issues that go beyond the game of baseball.
