From 1998 to 2002, the NHL All-Star game was played between an All-Star team from North America and an All-Star team made up of players from around the world. What if Major League Baseball did something like this? If an American All-Star team led by Joe Mauer, Alex Rodriguez, Chase Utley, and Roy Halladay took on an International All-Star team, what would that team look like?
