The start to the 2010 Major League Baseball season has not been kind to these pitchers. Scary-bad production is what they all have in common. Pinch their arms because they hope it was all just a bad dream.   1) The Pittsburgh Pirates' Pitching Staff   Hayden Penn, Daniel McCutchen, and Charlie Morton were absolutely terrible on the mound this week. The Pirates’ pitching staff takes the top spot.   1. RP Hayden Penn gave up eight hits, eight earned runs, and three walks in just two innings in relief. With a 30.86 ERA, the Pirates have already reacted by designating Penn for assignment.   2. SP Daniel McCutchen was brutalized in three innings on the mound.
