After a terrible start to begin the season, the Toronto Maple Leafs have finally started to do something productive. Late November and early December have been very good for the Maple Leafs and have allowed them to start climbing away from the bottom of the standings. So far, they have not been able to climb above 14th in the Eastern Conference. However, if they keep playing like they have been, they'll be out of there pretty quickly, because in the last 10 games they are 7-2-1. In fact, they are only five points away from a playoff spot and are one win away from tying the 11th and 12th place teams. The difference has come in the offense.
