But what would you think if I said San Jose's 3-2 shootout loss to the St. Louis Blues at home on Thursday night was more embarrassing than their 7-2 dismantling courtesy of the Chicago Blackhawks on Nov. 25? Strange, but true. San Jose seemed to have a 2-1 victory wrapped up when former Shark, Brad Boyes, took a hooking penalty in the last two minutes of the third period.
