Yesterday was PA's Primary Day. I chose to spend my rainy day at the polls dressed for a game rather than any particular party. It was fun and amazing to see people (who normally would not look at me and disregard me due to Party affiliation) stop in the pouring rain to discuss the Flyers. I was soaked, psyched, and full of trivia and gave voters some tidbits to chuckle about. That is the power of a winning Philly team. No one was red or blue yesterday (except for a few diehards for Sestak)—we all laughed together and cheered and discussed how we thought the game would go last night. The karma is so positive that prayers and hopes might bring Lord Stanley to rest right in Philly.
