Calgary Flames Struggle: Current Slump Highlights Scoring Weaknesses

The Calgary Flames are well known for their strong defensive play and All-Star goalie Miikka Kiprusoff. However, during their recent slump, that hasn't been enough. The biggest problem for the team right now is scoring goals, something that the coaching staff knows all too well. The flames have lost three of their last four games and they have only scored eight goals. They are losing a lot of close games even though the defense (mainly Kiprusoff) has been keeping them in it until the final buzzer. love the Calgary defense, but they still need more scoring.
