This Redskins season has been rough. Similiar to the feeling you get when a girl dumps you... only this feeling comes almost every week. This is not the season most Redskin fans have envisioned (if you need proof look at my earlier note on the Skins'). However, this off-season will be crucial in who the Redskins will be in the next decade, for better or for worse, and there are several key decisions that Owner Dan Snyder will have to make to ensure that the term "Deadskins" is a thing of the past.
