When the Kansas City Chiefs hired then-Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Todd Haley in February of 2009 to be their new head coach, no one really knew what to expect out of him as a head coach in the league. Now, after 10 months on the job, we all know what Todd Haley is about. From the second that Haley stepped foot in KC, he demanded respect from his players and became known quickly as a no-nonsense type of coach. And, for the most part, he has got that respect from his players so far thus season. Haley was brought in to Kansas City to try to help change the losing culture into winning football along with the man who hired him, Scott Pioli.
