Of rookie WR Mike Thomas' twelve total touches from scrimmage on the season, eight of them came this week. It was a blowout win for the Jaguars, allowing them to try some things they may not have otherwise; so don't count on Thomas to be a mainstay just yet. Bookmark him though, take note, stash it in the vault, and monitor his progress. This kid is the all-time leading receiver in PAC-10 history with 259 catches, and has the build, quickness and speed of Carolina's Steve Smith. If you play in a league that awards for returns, he can tally points there too. In fact, his versatility is exactly what makes him one to watch.
