With the "strategy" that is involved with many quarterbacks skipping the throwing aspect of the NFL Scouting Combine to throw at their respective Pro Day, it gives the more unknown quarterbacks a better chance to showcase their arm in Indianapolis and Troy's Levi Brown may be one of those benefactors. Brown played in the Sun Belt Conference, which is one of the smaller college markets, but his skill set propelled him to an impressive two-year showing with Troy and a phone call inviting him to the combine. He may have the height that NFL teams desire at 6'4", but his weight needs to increase a bit since his is on the lighter side at 220 pounds.
