There as a been a lot of talk among fans of the Toronto Raptors; since the end of last years playoffs, that Chris Bosh might possibly leave the Raptors organization after this season when his contract has expired.  Well the time has finally come, and Bosh is now officially a free agent, and whether or not he stays or leaves could possibly be the most important off-season in the franchise's short history. Now in light of all this talk regarding Bosh's future, I have decided to write about some of Toronto's better moves and some of its worst moves.  Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly.
