Matt Steinmetz recently Tweeted that the Golden State Warriors have made their first offseason move - they've agreed to trade second round picks with Portland. The Blazers get the 34th pick, while the Warriors get the 44th pick and cash. Whenever cash is the only reason for trading down in the draft, trouble is coming. Clearly Chris Cohan is determined to squeeze the Warriors as dry as he can before he dumps the mess on someone else. The Warriors could have gotten a solid rotation player with the 34th.
