The 2003 NBA Draft was highlighted by future stars such as LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Bosh. And you can't leave out Chris Kaman, David West, Mo Williams, Josh Howard, and Leandro Barbosa, either. One name you can leave out, though is Darko Milicic. Milicic, who was selected second overall by the Detroit Pistons in '03 before Anthony, Bosh, and Wade, has proven to be nothing more than a colossal bust since Day One.    The Serbian forward spent his first two-and-a-half seasons buried on the Pistons' bench behind big men Rasheed and Ben Wallace as the team won a NBA title in 2004.  Milicic was then traded to Orlando where he played a year-and-a-half and enjoyed his best season, 2006-07, when he averaged eight points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per g ...
